these are the effects i want inside protools. a bar graph, drawn line, pitch follower, amplitude follower, anything because you make it yourself. My favorite "plugins" that i made are filter-followers that take their input from a variety of ways. but it wont work as a real time plug in within protools. you CAN make your own code in csound, and process your files. back in the day i used to run an app called "cecelia" which is a frontend gui for csound on the mac. ![]() ![]() ![]() I want to do this because i already have enough rtas plug ins to do most everything, but i cant make my own plug ins. i know there is a way to create your own vst plug ins, i have seen more than several that people have made themselves and run in performer. The reason i find it interesting is not that i can run existing vst plugins, but rather that i could create my own plug ins.
